IT WAS A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE FOR US. I will certainly write our comments regarding our experience diving with Baliaqua (3 different times) and, of course, you can publish them since we are pretty clear about what we expect from a diving center: 1) We appreciate very much the quick and complete answers that we always get from Baliaqua everytime that we want to make a booking or we have any kind of questions. It is a common experience that the divecenters make you feel that they have "enough clients", so you write an email and they usually take a long time to answer or even never do so 2) We have had a very kind treatment: personalized and carefull. 3) The diving equipment is always in perfect conditions, which is very important in this case. 4) The dive masters: Mr. Sana and Mr. Murfi are experienced and confident and that make us feel safe and enjoy every dive. 5) We have experienced perfect punctuality in every land or boat transfer OVERALL, we are highly satisfied with BALIAQUA and we will return to them everytime that we dive in Bali. AND BEST OF ALL: we hope to develop a good friendship with you all and bring the rest of our family to dive with you as soon as we have the opportunity since we feel that we can trust our most dear people to you.... Murfi was a fantastic instructor and all staff were helpful and always ontime. Dive sites we were taken to on the course were wonderful and allowed my partner to come along and snorkel at no cost. Would highly recommend this company to anyone diving in Bali. Thanks for a wonderful experience. We are both looking forward to our next visit to dive with you again.
