My guide Sandy (for short) was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke excellent English. He helped me with my gear the whole time out of hospitality. I felt safe and well cared for the entire time. He found so many creatures and knew exactly where to navigate away from all the other divers so I had quiet, peaceful and private experiences with mantas swimming right over me without crowds. It was truly an incredible experience and I cannot recommend Bali Aqua or Sandy as a guide enough. 10/10.

Grateful for the team in Bali Aqua for a safe and great dive experience. The team was very professional in the briefing, reacting to the divers level and sea current, taking care of us underwater, checking if all are back on boat and even assisting me to bring my BCD up as I have back injury. They provide free flow coffee and tea during SI and some snacks. Lunch was also waiting for us at the dive centre when we go back. Renee and team also help to arrange everything from Airport pick up, boat transfer and harbour pick up. Their hospitality is overwhelmingly good. I have so much faith in them that I'm already planning to be back diving with them soon. Thanks again Renee, Lira, Putu, Dewa, Sandee and the team..keep up the good work. See you guys soon.

If you're looking for a great vibe in combination with a highly professional team then this the place for you. I have been to many dive sites around the world and this has to be one of my favorite ones to date which is largely due to the fantastic team. We even got bonus points for choosing the right dive shop which translated to diving with dolphins two days in a row. Would recommend and will be back!

Amazing diving experience with Bali Aqua Diver Center! Instructor was very patient with us as we were first time divers. As long as you listen carefully to the instruction and remain calm in the water, it is very safe and fun. Water was very clear and we could see many different kind of fish, turtle, coral etc.

My partner & I did our open water with Bali Aqua. We did a day in the pool and two dive sites - ship wreck Tulamben and Padang Bai blue lagoon. Lunch, snacks and drinks provided. Our instructor Ketut, was a legend. Great clear instructions, very experienced and great guy. He is very professional an patient with some of the harder/uncomfortable skills 😊. Learnt a lot and felt so comfortable an confident when we finished/passed. Highly recommend these guys and Ketut. Thanks again ❤️

Did a 3 dive day with Bali Aqua. They sent a nice and reliable drive to pick us up and drop us off back to hotel. Our dive leader for day did a great job leading and didn’t put too much pressure on while managing to get us to see both the ocean sunfish and plenty of manta rays at Manta Point in the water (we were lucky that day). Very happy with the service
